Our family had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Resort from April 3rd to April 6th. Thanks to Booking.com, securing this fantastic hotel was effortless. The resort's three-tiered pool with stunning sea views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and beautiful Thai-style architecture made our experience truly special. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection to start each day on a perfect note. The friendly and attentive staff ensured every moment was enjoyable, always ready to assist with a smile. Located near Patong Beach and local attractions, it was easy to explore Phuket while returning to the peaceful ambiance of the resort. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience and we highly recommend Novotel Phuket Resort for a relaxing family getaway. Thanks to Booking.com, we found the perfect stay!

The swimming pool and atmosphere were both spectacular, and the great view from our room was really a great way to start our day. The complimentary shuttle to the shopping center was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was superb. The resort also excelled in providing various activities around the pool, including yoga, kids' parties, and water sports. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway!

I think that it was worth purchasing the half board meal option. We dined in the evening around 8pm and it was always quiet. Sometimes we were the only ones dining. Loved the private experience. The hotel is close to the strip for Street eats, massage parlors, dining and other activities.

Spent 6 days with family and friends. The view is awesome from the Pinnacle Bar especially seeing the fireworks of 31st Dec. Hotel is well situated with good facilities. Staffs is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very affordable. Good value for money.
